From the website:
Giddy-up
Falling snow, popping chestnuts, cold hands and noses… yep,
winter has arrived. But don’t worry, we have the perfect tea to warm you
up all December long. Cinnamon, apples, raisins, almonds, and hibiscus
combine for a tea that is sweet, tart and earthy. And beet pieces make
it as nice and rosy as a caroler’s cheeks. So hop in your sleigh,
snuggle up, and pass a thermos around. It’s lovely weather for a Sleigh
Ride together.
Best served:
Hot Tea
Ingredients
Apple, hibiscus blossoms, pineapple (pineapple, sugar), papaya
(papaya, sugar), beetroot, cinnamon, raisins, coconut, roasted almonds
(almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat, caramelized sugar syrup),
popped rice, natural and artificial flavouring.
Overall Impression: The smell is nice and fruity/spicy, but all I can taste is the hibiscus (blech). Going into the home stretch of this advent calendar, I'm hoping for some good black teas for the next 6 days (fingers crossed!)
